Ferragosto, exploit degli hotel indipendenti italiani: crescono volumi e ricavi. I dati di RoomRaccoon

💾 Italian independent hotels experienced near full occupancy during the Ferragosto holiday period, with an 85% occupancy rate on August 15 and 86% on August 16, according to RoomRaccoon. Occupancy rates from August 15-18 showed a 66% increase compared to the seasonal average from June 1 to August 18. The average daily rate (ADR) was €200, €26 above the summer average, while revenue per available room (RevPAR) rose by 37% to €159. RoomRaccoon CEO Tymen van Dyl highlighted the success of independent hotels in maximizing peak periods, suggesting strategies like upselling to further increase revenue.
