Maison Senato offers the privacy and comfort of a private apartment with typical luxury hotel services. The architectural and interior design were conceived by Locatelli Partners. The residence features a private gym with Technogym equipment, a two-level underground private garage with nine parking spots and three electric vehicle charging stations, a Turkish bath, and a professional kitchen. Sara Abdel Masih now serves as a Board Member of Diomede srl, continuing to supervise Maison Senato's operations and strategy.

💸 Flix announces three new promotions in Europe South, all based in Milan. Enkeleda Tushe, with experience in banking and air transport, leads finance, controlling, and accounting for Italy since 2015 and for Romania and Bulgaria since 2021, now promoted to Director Finance Eu South. Sara Venditti, promoted to Senior Expert PR Eu South, managed Italy's communication since 2018 and expanded her role to Romania and Bulgaria in 2021. 💰 In 2025, city tax revenues in Italy are expected to rise by +15.8% to €1.186 billion, spanning 1,389 municipalities. 🏨 HotelPartner, headquartered in Switzerland, undergoes management restructuring effective from 1 March 2025. Rainer M. Willa, with the company for 12 years, becomes Chairman of the Board, while founder Oliver Meyer steps in as CEO. 🏦 Andrea Mancini appointed as Lead Director, Italy Hotels Transactions, Emea Hotels & Hospitality Capital Markets at JLL. Mancini previously served as Director at CBRE and worked at Colliers International, focusing on residential investments and hotel and leisure sector. William Duffey of JLL highlighted Italy's dynamic capital markets with transactions amounting to $2.12 billion last year, involving high-profile deals like Club Med Kamarina and Grand Imperiale Forte dei Marmi. Tourist flows in Italy have reached 98% of pre-pandemic levels, with 129 million visitors. 🏤 Trenitalia's CEO Gianpiero Strisciuglio comments on resuming Frecciarossa service at Milan Central Station after a landslide halted the Paris-Milan route.
