Samuele Lissoni, a 45-year-old bartender, co-created a drink menu with Cutrufelli, featuring low-alcohol and oriental twists on signature drinks priced between €8-12. The kitchen, led by Raffaella Cacciapuoti, serves traditional dishes and oriental specialties, with prices ranging from €8-11. Feat. Club caters to private events with adaptable ambience. Future plans include launching weekend brunch and outdoor seating before summer, along with a website, customer database, and newsletters to promote events. Security services for events over 50 people cost €100-150 per night.

🍴 "Il principe e il pirata", an osteria on Pantelleria island at Punta Karace, part of Restworld, seeks 1 Demi chef de partie for the summer season. Contract duration: May 15 - October 19. Accommodation provided; full-time shifts over 8/9 weekly turns, lunch (12:15-15:30) and/or dinner (19:30-23:30) plus prep work (09:00-11:00). 📈 Giangiacomo Ibba, CEO of Crai Secom, has been unanimously appointed President of Centrale Forum, succeeding Pippo Cannillo, who led for five years. He aims to redefine InViaggi as a generalist startup, distinguishing it from Fruit, another Soset brand. The company is exploring new charters with Neos and Tunisair and expanding to medium and long-haul destinations, targeting a turnover of €7 million by the end of 2025. Parisi has already visited Tunisia to evaluate potential destinations.

🏢 Avoris, owned by Barceló, plans to enhance its adv premium model and accelerate the opening of agencies under the brand B travel & Catai. Currently, Avoris has 17 agencies spread across Bilbao, Granada, Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Valencia, Valladolid, San Sebastian, Seville, and Zaragoza. Gabriel Subías had initiated this project in 2018 with a target of 20-25 locations within three years, but it was shelved post his departure and the Covid outbreak.
