CONFIDA President Massimo Trapletti emphasizes sustainable initiatives, such as RiVending for recycling coffee cups and PET bottles, and a partnership with Banco Alimentare Foundation to donate 74 tons of food nationwide. 37% of companies combat food waste individually, 50% produce a sustainability report, 60% appoint a dedicated sustainability officer, 98% have workplace well-being and safety policies, and over half are certified. 59% invest in welfare policies, 41% support medical research, and 60% pursue medium-to-long-term environmental development plans, with 50% scrutinizing suppliers for sustainability.
