💧 Acqua Minerale Calizzano will debut the Vesta PET bottle at the Rimini BEER&FOOD ATTRACTION from February 15-17, 2026. The company invested €4 million in a new Krones bottling line, saving 35% energy, and uses 30% recycled plastic in the 17g preform. In 2023, a €6 million investment modernized the glass line. With production steady at 50 million bottles annually, job levels remain unchanged, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and innovation.

🍳 AXA Konzern AG's kitchen in Cologne, revamped with Eurest Deutschland GmbH and RATIONAL AG, exemplifies efficiency and sustainability in professional catering. From 2022-2025, Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University studied the kitchen, which serves 1,200-1,600 meals daily. Significant results: 47.9% water reduction, 24.1% energy savings, 20.2% lowered connection power, and over 20% peak power reduction. Over 355,000 transactions and 52,000 main dishes analyzed using 93 electric and 28 water meters. The kitchen, operational since September 2024, sets a new standard.

📈 Gruppo FS achieved the Gender Equality Certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022) from Bureau Veritas, highlighting its commitment to an inclusive culture. Evaluated in six areas, FS aims for gender parity in governance and HR, supported by a €100 billion Strategic Plan (2025-2029) and 20,000 new hires. 🌍 Il 13 novembre, a Roma, il ministro del Turismo italiano Daniela Santanchè ha incontrato il ministro albanese Blendi Gonxhja durante il Vertice intergovernativo Italia-Albania. Un Accordo quadro è stato firmato per promuovere il turismo sostenibile e diversificato. L'intesa mira a valorizzare il patrimonio culturale e il turismo rurale. I ministri hanno discusso la collaborazione tra le destinazioni della Regione Adriatico-Ionica e Balcanica, seguendo il Forum sul Turismo Italia-Balcani di luglio scorso.

🌾 Lo scorso 13 novembre a Fraore, Molino Grassi ha presentato il Bilancio di Sostenibilità 2024. Fondata nel 1934, l'azienda lavora con 130.000 tonnellate di cereali l'anno e dedica il 20% del personale al controllo qualità. L'86% delle forniture è italiana. Nel 2024, zero infortuni sul lavoro e 100% contratti CCNL. Utilizza energia rinnovabile da oltre 10 anni, con certificazioni SA8000, ISO 9001, 22000, 45001, 22005 e ISCC Plus.

🛩 Trenord, in collaboration with Lonely Planet, launched the free guide "Fuori stazione" to promote sustainable tourism in Lombardy through public transport. Presented by Trenord's Andrea Severini and Leonardo Cesarini, this initiative includes eight thematic itineraries highlighting regional gastronomy, such as Oltrepò Pavese vineyards and Valtellina cellars. The guide, introduced with regional officials, is downloadable on Trenord's website, enhancing access to Lombardy's cultural and culinary spots via train.

Gli itinerari promuovono coesione territoriale e sostenibilità, unendo passato e futuro della Provincia di Latina.

🍺 In November, Birra Peroni continues its commitment to gender equality through its BeHer project. Despite reaching 40 million people, only 22% of feedback was positive. Peroni plans to offer 20 scholarships at the University of Rome for STEM studies in 2025/2026. New educational content will be released in November. Peroni achieved the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification. They also support female football through a partnership with FIGC, promoting inclusion through sports.
