Roma Whisky Festival: l'edizione 2025 registra un record di presenze e partecipazione

🥃 XIII Roma Whisky Festival ended on March 1-2, 2025, setting a record with 4,300 visitors, over 200 brands, and 1,000+ whisky references. It featured 16 Masterclasses, 130 attendees in Whisky ABC Courses, over 400 cocktails, and 30+ international guests. Winners: Best Scotch - Caol Ila 2011 (54.6%), Best World Whisky - Erètico 7 YO (47%), Best Cask Strength - Wolfburn Cask Strength (56.9%).

A Trieste l'evento ''Caffè SENZA CONFINI'', un viaggio dalla pianta alla tazzina"

☕ Imperator S.r.l., a leader in raw coffee importation, organized "Caffè SENZA CONFINI: dalle origini al Porto di Trieste" following an announcement at Sigep in Rimini. Participants experienced a full immersion into the coffee world, from origins to roasting, focusing on the transformations affecting aroma and taste. Highlights included a visit to the Porto of Trieste, Magazzino 57 of Donelli Group, a small batch coffee roasting session at Bloom Coffee School, and a sensory lab with sector experts, chefs, and pastry chefs. Prominent gastronomy figures attended, including Martino Maino of Metullio - De Pra at Harri's Piccolo, and journalists Marco Colognese and Luca Roncadin.

Caffo 1915 conferma la presenza a ProWein: focus sul mercato tedesco

🍻 From March 16-18, Düsseldorf hosts ProWein, celebrating its 30th anniversary, with Gruppo Caffo 1915 showcasing at Stand 5B 36. Germany is a strategic market for Caffo, with Vecchio Amaro del Capo's market share steadily increasing. Caffo Deutschland closed 2024 with growth despite market challenges, achieving a +16.3% increase in GDO, against a general market decline of -5.2% (Circana data). The Gruppo will feature Ready to Serve cocktails and debut Calabräu's craft beers, including MountLion and Birra del Monaco Calabrese, at ProWein. Salmiacello, a new liquor, targets the Nordic market and is served chilled at -20°C for modern cocktails. ProWein is critical for Gruppo Caffo's international expansion, focusing on quality and authenticity.

Levante PROF 2025: successo e crescita per la fiera Horeca del Sud

📆 Levante PROF's ninth edition concluded successfully, surpassing 20,000 specialized visitors and increasing attendance by over 20% from central and southern Italy. Foreign visitors accounted for 10%, mainly from the Balkans. The event, held at Fiera del Levante in Bari, exceeded 2023's visitor numbers with 7,000 entries on the first day. The fair covered over 18,000 square meters, featuring more than 250 stands and 500 companies. Social media support included roughly 370,000 views. Gaetano Frulli highlighted the event's importance, while organizer Ezio Amendola is already planning the next edition.
