📖 On October 13, during the SNIM in Brindisi, Piero Formenti and Giuseppe Meo signed a protocol between Confindustria Nautica and the Salone Nautico di Puglia. This agreement enhances regional nautical events with institutional support and communication by Confindustria Nautica, aligning them with the Italian Nautical Industry. 🍦 Matteo Barone triumphed at the Coppa Italia Gelateria 2025 finale in Modica, hosted by Caffè Moak. The event wrapped up an 11-leg tour across Italy starting in January, featuring 27 gelato artisans. Barone, from Gelateria Gusto Unico, topped Katia Cavallo and Salvatore Ravese. The national finals will be held in Rome on November 6-7. Italy consumes 95 million cups of coffee daily, with gelato increasingly paired as a culinary trend.

🍫 The 9th Tiramisù World Cup in Treviso ended with Barbara Tosato and Daniela De Biasio winning in the original and creative categories, respectively. Tosato, a radiotherapy technician, and De Biasio, an agritourism worker, both 54, were emotional at their victory. Around 15,000 portions of tiramisù were served, attracting thousands to the event, which also featured creative variations like "spritizamisù." Organizers are preparing for the 10th edition.
