🏡 La Quercetta, a country house near Foligno, enhanced its outdoor spaces with KE's outdoor solutions, creating new convivial areas immersed in Umbria's nature. The project by PMO KE and KE Store Arredocasa involved transforming terraces into versatile, welcoming environments for all seasons. The highlight is the bioclimatic pergola Kedry Prime, which turned into an outdoor dining room with views of the surrounding valley. Integrated LED lighting, Vertika Prime sunblades, Kheope shade sail, Screeny Tens drop-down awnings, and the Qubica Light system were installed to modulate light and provide comfort, ensuring a balance between tradition and innovation.

🌷 Napoli's Orto Botanico, established in 1810, hosts spring celebrations on March 21 with two new recipes by local artisans. The Botanical Garden, spanning 12 hectares, is home to over 9,000 plant species and 25,000 specimens. Pâtisserie Di Costanzo created "La vie en rose," a cake blending strawberries, champagne, and rose water. Opposite, Pizzeria OWap's "Botanic Vibe" pizza features edible flowers, toasted chili, fior di latte, grilled eggplant and zucchini, feta, and Kalamata olives. Customers are encouraged to wear floral outfits and are gifted a special flower pin badge.

Bologna's new locale symbolizes artisanal quality, inclusion, and sustainability, with planned events before opening in May at locations including Fermento in Villa (March 21-22), Ragù&Draft (April 2), and Forno Brisa (April 16). Mamm seeks to further expand to other Italian cities and ultimately return to its roots in Puglia.

World Vermouth Day. Il ristorante Opera lancia la sua linea di Vermouth

🍷 Opera Ingegno e Creatività launches its first Vermouth line, Vermouth di Torino Rosso Tetti Battù, produced by Cascina Tetti Battuti di Chieri, owned by the Cometto family. The Vermouth adheres to the 22 March 2017 regulations for IG status, made with 75% Piedmont Chardonnay grapes from Cometto’s Chieri vineyards. Unique for its three artemisia varieties, it also features notes of cinnamon, cloves, and galanga. First Chardonnay plantation by the company was in 2018, with the first wine bottles produced from the 2021 harvest. The product is featured at the Opera restaurant as an aperitif or paired with desserts and is suitable for classic cocktails like Negroni and Americano.
