The restaurant, one of the two Michelin Guide listed in La Spezia, offers continuous training and paid internships at starred restaurants abroad and in Italy. The full-time contract entails a 6-day workweek with rotating days off and shifts mainly from 5 PM to 11 PM, and lunch shifts from 12 PM to 2 PM. Salary ranges from 1700 to 2000€ net, with the 13th and 14th salaries included in twelve payments.

Packaging: è il vetro il materiale più virtuoso nel riciclo

🌎 Glass emerges as a strategic solution for eco-friendly packaging, especially for food and beverages, due to its infinite recyclability without degradation, inert nature, and superior preservation qualities. A comparative study by Professor Vincenzo Maria Sglavo of the University of Trento, presented by Assovetro on March 18, suggests that glass has the lowest energy requirements and CO2 emissions in production compared to PET, aluminum, and multilayer laminate, with an estimated recycling rate of 81.9% by 2024. While transformation processes have similar carbon footprints across materials, glass and aluminum lead in recycling efficiency, with multilayer laminate not exceeding 40%. Despite heavier transport carbon footprints due to high density, efforts are underway to produce lighter glass containers, like a 75cl still wine bottle weighing 300 grams.

After the decree n. 40 issued on March 14, 2025, conflicting responses emerged from maritime offices. The simplified recreational title, introduced by decree n. 227 on December 13, 2023, is now urgent for the 2,000 needed positions in the sector. Practical exams require a vessel over 15 meters, with a 5-hour school-certified familiarization as equivalent experience. Clarifications were provided by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, with no formal certification needed for the 5-hour familiarization - a declaration from the nautical school suffices.
