  • Karina
  • 25 Novembre 2024
🌱 Eco-friendly vacation rentals are becoming a key market differentiator due to growing traveler environmental awareness. Energy efficiency strategies include smart thermostats, LED lighting, and solar panels, alongside low-energy appliances. Water conservation is achieved through low-flow showerheads, dual-flush toilets, and rainwater harvesting. Sustainable materials and smart home technologies play critical roles, as do digital transformations like paperless operations and online check-ins. Cost benefits include lower utility bills, reduced maintenance costs due to durable materials, and potential financial incentives. Revenue can increase by targeting environmentally conscious travelers and showcasing eco-friendly features.
