Cin, si parte oggi: registrate l’80% delle strutture
📌 Federalberghi reports nearly 80% of Italian hospitality facilities, over 451,000 out of 571,000, are registered in the national database with the Codice Identificativo Nazionale (CIN) as of today. Matera leads with 94.10% CIN issuance, followed by Bolzano at 93.09%, while Terni and Trieste lag at 54.33% and 55.69% respectively. Tuscany (54,134), Lombardy (48,463), Veneto (48,747), Lazio (40,244), Puglia (36,720), and Sicily (35,411) top the regional list. The Fiscal Transparency Law effective from yesterday mandates CIN in fiscal declarations and annual transaction communications. Fines for non-compliance range from 800 to 8,000 euros starting January 2, 2025. Real-time CIN status available at https://bdsr.ministeroturismo.gov.it/.
