💸 Mirko Zuzolo appointed Head of Retail Sales at Findus Italia, a leader in the frozen food sector and part of Nomad Foods. Zuzolo joined the company in 2015 as National Account Manager, focusing on the discount channel, later becoming Head of Account for several headquarters and managing Traditional Trade. He worked at PepsiCo for 11 years after graduating in Business Economics from Bocconi University, Milan. Findus, owned by CSI – Compagnia Surgelati Italiana Spa in Italy, includes brands like Quattro Salti in Padella, Sofficini, and Capitan Findus. Zuzolo aims to maintain the company's leadership by focusing on sustainability, freshness, and anti-waste.

🏨 Hosteda Hotels, led by Carlo Pompili, appointed Gioacchino Romani as General Operations Manager. Romani previously served 20 years at TH Hotels as Director. The move aims to enhance operational and management processes, setting the stage for Hosteda's structural growth starting next year. Hosteda currently operates 4 hotels in Italy and 2 in Zanzibar.

📦 Cristina Rigoni will become the CEO of Rigoni di Asiago in February 2025, succeeding Andrea Rigoni, who has led the company for over 40 years. Under Cristina's leadership as the International Sales Director, the company's foreign markets turnover grew to over 50%, surpassing €60 million in eight years, with significant market growth in France, Belgium, Germany, the USA, the Middle East, Poland, and Spain. Rigoni di Asiago, founded in 1923 by Elisa Rigoni, has a current turnover of more than €160 million and 320 employees; it acquired Saveur&Nature in 2022 and a majority stake in Ambrosiae in 2023.

🍴 Diego Giglio appointed as the new Executive Chef of the historic Ristorante Del Cambio in Turin, founded in 1757. Giglio, previously Sous Chef since 2014, takes over from Matteo Baronetto, who led the restaurant for the last decade. Transition to be smooth with Baronetto involved until April. Giglio aims to maintain tradition while adding his personal touch. Baronetto to embark on a new venture with financial backing from Michele Denegri, minority partner. Del Cambio holds a Michelin star since 2014.

💎 Tenuta de l'Annunziata, less than an hour's drive from Milan and close to Lake Como and the Swiss border, offers a romantic escape for Valentine's Day. Chef Domenico Ruberto, with Chef Mauricio Teixeira, crafted an exclusive five-course gourmet menu. The estate features a Natural Relais with 21 rooms, the Quercus restaurant, the Tree Cocktail Bar & Bistrot, and a 1,500 sqm Wellness Farm offering a variety of spa treatments. 📌 Garibaldi Hotels is launching a recruiting tour starting on February 4 in Lecce, seeking 150 professionals for their team in Ostuni headquarters and 13 hospitality structures across Puglia, Basilicata, Sicily, Sardinia, Umbria, Lazio, and Trentino Alto Adige. 🍕 Chef Koji Nakai, born 1984 in Kobe, Japan, opened Ie Koji in Rome's Cipro area in summer 2024 and Nakai near the Vatican, blending Japanese and Roman cuisine. Nakai introduces Kiwami, a new 'restaurant within a restaurant' concept, starting February, with an immersive dining experience for 14 guests. The tasting menu changes monthly, initially offering 6-7 courses for €80, with optional wine and sake pairings, around 20 sake labels. Kiwami operates on Fridays and Saturdays, with special themed evenings three Thursdays per month.
