🍽 Leonardo Hotels partners with Fedegroup for the food & beverage management of Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rome Monti, located near the Colosseo and Fori Imperiali, featuring 80 rooms. Fedegroup manages 7 Leonardo Hotels, with a 10-year collaboration history. Sustainable initiatives by Fedegroup saved over 10,693 Surprise Bags, avoided 28,871 kg CO₂ emissions, and conserved 8,661,330 liters of water, furthering environmental commitment. Special experiences like "Stay and Dine" for Valentine's Day are offered, enhancing guest stays with culinary excellence.

🍻 Serena Savoca, Marketing Director at Carlsberg Italia, introduced 4 Luppoli gluten-free beer at the Beer&Food Attraction event, catering to wellness trends and celiac needs. Carlsberg also showcased its alcohol-free 4 Luppoli and Premium Lager 1664 Blanc, highlighting its commitment to Italian-grown hops through partnerships with Italian Hops Company since 2019 and a new strategic collaboration with CREA for regenerative agriculture. 🌞 Drew Barrymore, appointed as godmother of MSC Crociere's flagship, MSC World America, will perform the champagne-bottle-breaking tradition on April 9, alongside Orlando Bloom. The christening ceremony is set for the evening of Wednesday, April 9, at MSC's new cruise terminal in Miami, which will be inaugurated on April 5 and is touted as the world's largest. The inaugural cruise is a 3-night journey to MSC's private island, Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in the Bahamas. MSC World America features seven districts, 19 restaurants, including the only Eataly at sea, 18 bars and lounges, and family-oriented outdoor area "The Harbour". Caribbean itineraries include stops at Puerto Plata, San Juan, and Ocean Cay in the Eastern Caribbean, as well as Costa Maya, Cozumel, Roatan, and Ocean Cay in the Western Caribbean.

🚢 Set to launch in June 2026, the Orient Express Corinthian, powered by Accor, will become the largest sailing yacht ever built at 220 meters in length, featuring 1,500 square meters of rigid sails and three tilting masts. Utilizing Solidsail technology for efficient wind propulsion, this vessel emphasizes sustainability with a natural gas hybrid system and AI for marine life collision prevention. Bookings for its Mediterranean and Adriatic voyages open on March 25, 2025.

🍷 Bodega Torres initiated Torres & Heart in 2008, aiming to reduce carbon footprint in viticulture. The historic Catalan company successfully tested capturing pure carbon dioxide from wine fermentation, preventing wine oxidation and promoting circular economy principles. This technology, patented by spin-off Orchestra Scientific from the Catalan Institute for Chemical Research (ICIQ), utilizes metal organic frameworks (MOF) for CO2 capture. Since 2017, Torres has worked across production, innovation, and sustainability to overcome technical challenges, aiming at future commercialization in low CO2 emission sectors needing high purity CO2.

🍺 At Beer&Food Attraction, Fonte Margherita 1845 debuts with its Zero Alcohol aperitifs line, featuring five options made with Dolomites water, free of artificial colors and flavored with natural ingredients. Other innovations include customizable Fonte Margherita water bricks, with the potential for unique packaging designs, like those by international artist Jisbar. 🍴 Osteria Sauli, a new restaurant in Garbatella, Rome, offers a seating capacity of 26, soon to be expanded by 20 outdoor seats. Founded by Antonello Magliari, Stefania Pinto, Francesco “Cecco” Ciacciarelli, and backed financially by comic artist Michele Rech (Zerocalcare), the restaurant prides itself on regionally-sourced ingredients from Lazio, Abruzzo, and Puglia. This innovative concept restaurant within the Visionnaire showroom at Piazza Cavour 3 offers a sensory journey inspired by Agarthi, featuring a menu with ethical flavors like Cashew Cacio e pepe, Vegan Cutlet, Shitake Ragu, and plant-based sushi. Open Monday-Saturday, 10:00-19:00, with lunch service from 12:00-15:00 and evening openings during Salone del Mobile.
