🍷 Tiziano Bellini, a successful manager and statistics professor, returns to Italy to create "La Cantina dell'Innovazione" in Sabbioni, Mantova. The project uses local tradition and innovative wine-making, challenging stereotypes with an environmentally sustainable approach. The vineyard grows Ancellotta, Grappello Ruberti, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Chardonnay varieties on Po river plains, benefiting from a unique climate. Wines are named after local dialects and family members, distributed in Italy, Spain, Canada, and the UK. Decanter World Wine Award 2024 recognized GIORGIO, a wine featuring Ancellotta grapes with a 24-month aging process in French oak. Tiziano's wines emphasize traditional craftsmanship and scientific rigor, aiming to showcase the Viadanese and Sabbionetano terroir.
