Initial deadline: April 1, 2025; medium-sized businesses: October 1, 2025; small/micro businesses: January 1, 2026. Esami per il titolo professionale di ufficiale di navigazione di 2a classe, il Ministero delle infrastrutture e dei trasporti risponde positivamente ai quesiti di Confindustria Nautica

  • Laura Alese - Federturismo Confindustria
  • 27 Marzo 2025
🛢 Confindustria Nautica addressed questions to Italy's maritime transport authorities regarding exams for the 2nd class recreational navigation officer title. After the decree n. 40 issued on March 14, 2025, conflicting responses emerged from maritime offices. The simplified recreational title, introduced by decree n. 227 on December 13, 2023, is now urgent for the 2,000 needed positions in the sector. Practical exams require a vessel over 15 meters, with a 5-hour school-certified familiarization as equivalent experience. Clarifications were provided by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, with no formal certification needed for the 5-hour familiarization - a declaration from the nautical school suffices. Fatturazione elettronica hotel: Guida essenziale nel 2025

  • Karina
  • 26 Marzo 2025
💸 In Italy, electronic invoicing for hotels became mandatory on January 1, 2019, and remains crucial in 2025. It involves generating, sending, receiving, and storing invoices in digital form, specifically in XML format with digital signatures via the Sistema di Interscambio (SDI). Chekin automates electronic invoice generation in XML format (FatturaPA), ensuring full compliance with Italian regulations. Advantages include increased efficiency, reduced costs, enhanced precision, and security. Italian laws require digital storage of invoices for at least ten years. Regular staff training, auditing, clear guest communication, and dealing with technical and data security issues are recommended best practices for electronic invoicing management.
