Ryanair, “I voli sul Veneto limitati delle tasse”

  • Tony Loeb
  • 11 Marzo 2025
✈ Ryanair's summer 2025 schedule for the Veneto region includes 6 aircraft (4 in Venice, 2 in Treviso) and 83 routes (25 in Venice, 17 in Verona, 41 in Treviso) with a $600 million investment, expecting 6.9 million passengers and supporting over 5,300 jobs. However, due to an additional municipal tax increase of €0.50 per passenger by the Italian government effective April 1, 2025, significant growth in Veneto is constrained. In contrast, Ryanair added 5 aircraft and $500 million investment in Abruzzo, Calabria, and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, following the tax's abolition there. Ryanair urges the Italian government to reverse the tax increase to enable ambitious growth, including up to 80 million passengers annually, 1,500 new jobs, 40 additional aircraft with a $4 billion investment, and over 250 new routes in Italian airports.

Earth al cuore del Sudamerica culturale

  • Tony Loeb
  • 11 Marzo 2025
🌍 In 2003, Régulo Franco, a Peruvian archaeologist, discovered the Moche priestess's tomb, known as 'Señora de Cao'. Earth Cultura e Natura, an Italian tour operator, is now boosting South America with Franco's return to Italy. The company's sustainability & product manager, Isabella Pillolo, highlighted the 2025 trend of travel to Asia due to better air connectivity. Despite the reduced reserved spots for tour operators, this has led to a more selective and high-profile traveler interested in specialized, non-group offerings. The company's strong margins in Latin American destinations, such as Argentina, Chile, Patagonia, and especially Peru, are drawing clients who value travel preparation and guidance. The success of Régulo's tour in Italy, arranged by Earth, PromPerù, and the Consulate of Peru, along with special departures with archaeologist Jenny Alva, underscores this trend.
