🎯 In 2025, at Tuttofood, Fabio Russo interviewed Andrea Pedrazzini from Compagnia Italiana Sali (CIS). Founded in 1968, CIS launched the Gemma di Mare brand in 1974 after the liberalization of salt sales. Acquired by Salins in 1981, CIS expanded and entered the Horeca and foodservice channels. At Tuttofood, CIS showcased its full range and held masterclasses with Mattia Pastori on salt's use in mixology.

🍹 Roma hosted the fifth Roma Bar Show at the Palazzo dei Congressi, attracting over 17,000 attendees, 180 companies, and 50 international buyers. The event featured 30 guests, 10 international, and 200 journalists. It included 20 educational seminars and the RBS Awards. Strategic partnerships, including one with Fiere di Parma, aim to make the event a European bar industry leader. The RBS Educational Academy included bars from all continents, highlighting global engagement.

🎥 Bluvacanze and Vivere&Viaggiare are launching a themed Disneyland Paris BOX to coincide with Disney's live-action release of Lilo & Stitch. The package includes a stay at Disney Newport Bay Club and movie tickets. Available in Bluvacanze agencies, it features four Stardust cinema tickets in Italy. Stays are scheduled for October 3-5 and November 9-11.

📍 UlisseFest in Ancona from July 4-6, hosted by Lonely Planet and partner Edt, promises a vibrant travel celebration with over 40 events. Streets transform into travel hubs with storytelling, films, concerts, and more. Notable concerts: ComaCose on July 4 and Max Gazzè on July 5 at Arena sul Mare. Angelo Pittro and Angelo Eliantonio aim to spotlight Ancona’s cultural heritage and its potential as a prime event location.

🛳 Luminara, the third yacht from the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, will debut on July 3 in Monte Carlo. It will host 452 guests and embark on voyages to Asia and Alaska. The yacht features seven bars, five restaurants, and luxury stores like Cartier, with a unique collection of 731 artworks by artists such as Matisse and Warhol. Culinary delights will be crafted by chefs Fabio Trabocchi and Michael Mina, while the main pool is located on deck 10.

📖 L'Associazione Nazionale dei Locali Storici d'Italia ha tenuto la sua Assemblea annuale in Valle D'Aosta, confermando il Consiglio Direttivo guidato da Enrico Magenes. Il 12 giugno si celebreranno i 100 anni dell'Hotel Bellevue, mentre nel 2026 toccherà all'Hotel Miramonti. La prossima Giornata nazionale dei Locali Storici d'Italia si terrà il 4 ottobre 2025. Paolo Griffa ha contribuito con una degustazione speciale al Caffè Nazionale di Aosta.

🍴 Dal 9 all'11 giugno 2025, Vico Equense e la Marina di Seiano ospitano la XXII edizione di Festa a Vico, ideata dallo chef Gennaro Esposito. Oltre 300 chef partecipano, con 50,000 presenze attese. Si presentano 100 eccellenze enogastronomiche. L'evento, dedicato al tema "È tempo di", include cene di gala e degustazioni. L'intero incasso sostiene cinque associazioni benefiche. Il Premio "Sostanza" e la cena "Bites of Italy" sono tra le novità principali.

🍹 Domenica 25 maggio, Roma Bar Show ha inaugurato a Terrazza Flores, Roma, con Red Bull e Diageo. Lunedì 26 maggio il Gruppo Montenegro presenta il nuovo Edgar Sopper Gin, con Mattia Liuzzi ed Edoardo Sandri. Eventi aperti al pubblico celebrano la mixology con cucina argentina del gruppo El Porteño. Il Gruppo Dorrego, da 15 anni, continua a offrire esperienze di alta qualità, consolidando Terrazza Flores come simbolo d'eccellenza nella mixology romana.

🍳 Martedì 27 maggio, a Brescia presso CAST Alimenti, si terrà un evento della serie "FOODART Trends – Il Menù del Futuro" di Unilever Food Solutions, con la chef Isabella Potì alle 15:30. Potì presenterà tre dessert innovativi: Soufflé al limone e liquirizia, Bon Bon di arachide, e Panna cotta di latte di pecora. L'evento è in collaborazione con la Federazione Italiana Cuochi e disponibile in streaming previa iscrizione gratuita.
