The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in comparable settings, possess excellent English skills, and have good knowledge of wine products. Accommodation included, but candidates need to have a car. Seasonal contract from April to October; full-time, split shifts, 6 days a week with a rotating day off. Shifts can be 8-12, 12-16, or 19:30-22:30. Salary: €2000-€2100 net per month + benefits related to upselling, with meals and shared lodging included.

Il mercato dei vini "No&Lo" cresce del 38%: nuove opportunità per il settore

🍷 Global No-Lo (no and low alcohol) wine market valued at $2.4 billion, expected to reach $3.3 billion by 2028 with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8% by value and 7% by volume. Over 80% of No-Lo product sales are concentrated in the top five countries: the United States leads with a 63% market share, followed by Germany (10%), the UK and Australia (each at 4%), and France (2%). In Italy, No-Lo wines represent a mere 0.1% of total wine sales, valued at $3.3 million, anticipated to increase to $15 million over the next four years with a projected CAGR of 47.1%. The data was presented at Vinitaly during the "Zero alcohol e le attese del mercato" conference, based on Iwsr data analyzed by the Osservatorio del Vino UIV-Vinitaly.

🥂 Disaronno, the world's most consumed Italian liqueur, celebrates its 500th anniversary in 2025, with the introduction of "Disaronno Bar" in emerging areas of Italian cities. The initiative creates a "new-stalgia" vibe, blending traditional "Endless Dolcevita" with modern influences. Launching in April, Disaronno Day on April 19 coincides with the brand's quincentennial, starting at Milan's Bicchierino Bar. Celebrations extend to over 160 countries with a chance to win a trip to Rome and a globally-shared hashtag #Disaronno500cheers. A special "Dolcevita" cocktail, crafted by Patrick Pistolesi, is unveiled, containing 40ml Disaronno, 20ml Rabarbaro Zucca, 15ml The Busker Triple Cask Triple Smooth, 20ml lemon juice, 10ml pineapple juice, and 5ml Agave syrup. Disaronno's history began in 1525, associated with Bernardino Luini and the Reina family, leading to the creation of Illva Saronno in 1947. The brand's iconic square-capped, faceted glass bottle is recognized worldwide as an Italian style symbol.
