🌆 AN Hotels has announced the grand return of the Hotel Giulio Cesare in Rapallo, set for spring 2025. This historic Liberty-style hotel, established in the early 1900s and located opposite the city's marina, will reopen as AN Hotel Giulio Cesare Rapallo after significant renovations while preserving its Belle Epoque structure. Spanning approximately 2,000 square meters across 4+1 floors, the property will feature 19 units: 7 apartments, 3 junior suites, 7 suites, and 2 penthouses with jacuzzi pools—all with balconies, gardens, or terraces. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a panoramic rooftop terrace overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio. The chain already owns 4 hotels in the Milan area.
