Troppo Pinsa di Lesaffre: nuovo mix di farine per pinsa leggera e croccante
🍝 Lesaffre Italia has launched the "Troppo Pinsa" mix for crafting high-quality, light and digestible pinsa. This innovative mix includes ingredients like soy and rice flour, deactivated yeast, and dried sourdough. Sold in 15 kg bags, it offers a 12-month shelf life. The preparation requires adding water and fresh yeast, with a total mixing time of around 15 minutes, a 1-hour proving, 2.5-hour fermentation, and baking at 245°C for 14 minutes.
