Alessandra Bernardini vince l'ottava edizione di ''San Gennà…Un Dolce per San Gennaro''
🍮 Alessandra Bernardini from DavPastryLab in Albano Sant'Alessandro won the 2025 "San Gennà...Un Dolce per San Gennaro" contest with her dessert "Pucundria." Held at the Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo, the event included six other talented pastry chefs. Bernardini received €1,000 and 1,000 kg of Mulino Caputo flour. Organizers announced a special 2026 edition to determine the ultimate "Dolce prodigioso" for San Gennaro.
