🍳 Croce Bianca di Bolzano's new field kitchen, designed by Thomas Holzknecht, comprises two advanced containers for food preparation and cooking. Six operators can install it in five hours, covering 40 square meters. Its dual fuel system (diesel and electricity) boosts production to 1,200 meals per hour, over twice the previous 500. Using iVario Pro and iCombi Pro, the setup allows volunteers to cook diverse meals, including halal and kosher, efficiently during crises, promoting inclusivity and cultural exchange.
