Qualivita: pubblicato lo studio sulla sostenibilità delle filiere agroalimentari DOP e IGP in Italia
🌿 Fondazione Qualivita published a study in March 2024, with MASAF's support, analyzing 30 Italian DOP and IGP agri-food products using the FAO-oriGIn methodology. The report covers economic resilience, environmental integrity, governance, and social well-being. The dairy sector leads in sustainability with 38 out of 45 indicators, while opportunities for improvement highlight climate risk management, GHG emissions reduction, soil and water conservation, and safety awareness.
