CLAI. Private label e novità: l’evoluzione raccontata a Marca 2025
📈 CLAI participated in the 21st edition of Marca, with private label sales now being 20% of their turnover, a 5% increase from the previous year, and 10% of this share generated abroad. During the event, two new products were introduced: Passita di Romagna, a Romagna sausage highlighting Italian supply chain and sustainability, available in bulk and vacuum-packed formats; and Formaggio Toscano stagionato in Fossa di Faggiola, a cheese aged for five months on wooden planks and then three months in tufa pits, also vacuum-packed. The event marked the public debut of Ernesto Panetta as the new commercial director, focusing on private labels. CLAI also emphasized sustainability with a reforestation initiative at Sasso Morelli, planting 3,140 indigenous plants over 62,000 square meters. They also support the local community, exemplified by the Insieme a te association. Chef Max Mariola and actor Paolo Cevoli continue as brand ambassadors for 2025, spreading CLAI's philosophy of joy through high-quality products. Marketing Director Gianfranco Delfini emphasizes quality as a key distinguishing factor. CLAI's partnership with Molino Naldoni for Marca 2025 continues, showcasing Romagna's excellence.
