Del Rio is stepping down from Oceania Cruises, with his departure announced following Jason Montague's return to Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings to oversee luxury brands Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania. Parisi's culinary philosophy combines tradition, creativity, and innovation, focusing on the finest ingredients for an authentic sensory experience. He will now lead the kitchen at Eatè, the resort’s fine dining restaurant by the sea. The Sense Experience Resort, opened in late July 2020, is set in a 5-hectare natural park in the Tuscan Maremma, featuring 112 rooms and a private beach, promising a luxury immersive nature experience with high standards of service, including the Experience Specialist. The resort is managed by Icon Collection, part of the Ficcanterri entrepreneurial group, founded in 2019.

🏖 Jean-Yves Blatt has been appointed as the General Manager of Six Senses Crans-Montana this month. Previously managed Villars Alpine Resort, he played a key role in transforming Villars Palace into a prestigious luxury destination, which joined “Leading Hotels of the World” and “Swiss Deluxe Hotels” by the end of 2024. Positioned above the main Crans cable car, Six Senses Crans-Montana features 78 rooms, suites, and residences with views of the Swiss Matterhorn and the 4 Vallées up to the French Mont Blanc.

🏦 Lorenzo Maraviglia, formerly the general manager of Four Seasons' San Domenico Palace in Taormina, Sicily, joins Auberge Resorts Collection as the general manager of Collegio alle Querce in Tuscany, Italy. Auberge Resorts Collection, owned by Dan Friedkin, is set to open this first Italian property in March. Maraviglia brings over twenty years of experience directing prestigious international hotels, including a four-year tenure at Four Seasons San Domenico, which gained acclaim partly through its inclusion in HBO's "The White Lotus" series. Auberge Resorts Collection has 29 properties worldwide and is expanding its European presence with several locations including The Woodward on Lake Geneva, Domaine des Etangs in France, Grace Hotel in Santorini, and the upcoming Cambridge House in London, slated to open by year's end.
