🥃 Campari Group launched the global communication campaign "Take Time to Taste" on December 10, 2024, to promote responsible alcohol consumption. The campaign, underlining quality over quantity, features iconic cocktails like Aperol Spritz, Americano, and Negroni, and will be live on Campari's official social channels with tips for moderate consumption. Campari Group, founded in 1860, is the sixth-largest branded spirit company, with over 50 brands, employing about 4,900 people, and listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 2001.

Gradis’ciutta: da 25 anni custodi del Collio e della sua tradizione vitivinicola

🍷 Robert Princic transformed his family's vineyard, Gradis'ciutta, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, focusing on sustainability and tradition. Graduated in Enology and Viticulture, he built a new winery in 2005 and achieved organic certification in 2018. The vineyard spans 50 hectares, producing wines from both local and international varieties. Recognitions include inclusion in "I migliori 100 vini e vignaioli d'Italia 2025" and the top 50 Italian wineries by Food&Wine.

Italiani e sostenibilità: il 75% si impegna, ma la crisi economica frena le scelte green

💰 In Italy, sustainability is a key issue with 55% of Italians striving to practice sustainable behaviors, but 4 in 10 find it increasingly difficult due to the economic crisis. According to YouGov's 2024 survey of 4,382 families, 75% of Italians are either eco-actives (23%) or eco-considerers (52%), while 37% find it challenging to act sustainably due to social and economic issues. Global warming is the top concern (20%), followed by air pollution (11%) and water-related issues (10%). Distrust in brand sustainability is at 67%, up from 62% in 2023. Italians favor local products (81%) and recyclable packaging (75%). 55% try to behave sustainably, yet half don't know how, and the high cost is the primary barrier.

📊 Business travel in 2025 is forecasted to be driven by technological innovation, sustainability, and flexibility. In 2024, 86% of buyers and suppliers had performances as good as or better than expected. For 2025, 67% of professionals remain optimistic, with 52% (up from 44% in 2023) predicting increased corporate travel budgets. BizAway's 2024 data shows a 47% rise in accommodation bookings and a 57% increase in total reservations from 2023. BizAway's BizzyFlex service saw a 152.81% usage jump due to its up to 80% refund on last-minute changes and cancellations. The platform saved users an average of 15.5% on hotels and saw a 63% increase in sustainable travel options like train bookings from 2023. Additionally, 49% of industry professionals plan to invest more in technology, including AI, to enhance travel personalization and efficiency, while recognizing the irreplaceable value of human expertise in handling complex situations.
