🍪 Gruppo Bauli's sourdough, named Futura, has been officially added to the Sourdough Library at the Sourdough Institute of Puratos in Sankt Vith, Belgium, as announced on December 4 by CEO Fabio Di Giammarco. This recognition highlights over a century of tradition and innovation, preserving the distinctive quality of Bauli's products. Futura, refreshed daily, is the 155th sourdough to join the library, which was founded in 2013. Bauli is an Italian confectionery leader with approximately 1300 employees, 7 production sites, and a portfolio including Bauli, Motta, Doria, and MaxSport brands.
