Nuova immagine e ampliamento del catalogo vini per Rinaldi 1957

  • Redazione
  • 6 Febbraio 2025
📦 Rinaldi 1957, an established national distributor of spirits and wines, reinvents its brand image by 2025 to mirror its human-centric corporate philosophy. Valentina Ursic, Marketing Director, emphasizes empathy and kindness as key company traits. The new visual identity, crafted by designer Marcello Minale of Minale & Tattersfield, showcases smooth lines with a '60s vibe and a modern touch of black, reflecting the anti-conformist vision. Officially online since March, the updated image also extends to new catalogs and the corporate website. Despite decreased alcohol consumption due to various factors, including the sober curious movement, wine consumption grows with 55% of the population drinking occasionally (71%) and women accounting for 45% of this increase. Rinaldi 1957 expands its wine offerings, adding six new vignerons from renowned Champagne production areas. In 2024, the company, led by Giuseppe Tamburi, reported a €22.3 million turnover, a network of 150 agents, and a growing portfolio of over 130 Italian and foreign wine and spirit brands. The company's journey began in Bologna in the late '50s with Vittorio and Rinaldo Rinaldi, sold to Gruppo Buton in 1983, and acquired by Tamburi ten years later.

Pulizia della Casa Vacanze: Guida Completa per i Gestori degli Affitti

  • Karina
  • 6 Febbraio 2025
📌 In Italy's thriving vacation rental market, cleanliness is critical for guest satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and long-term success. Regions like Piedmont are tightening hygiene standards, with laws requiring documented cleaning proof. Guest satisfaction is paramount, with 84% of travelers citing cleanliness as their top priority, leading to better reviews and higher nightly rates. Italian regulations, like the national "Codice del Turismo," outline minimum sanitary standards for holiday rentals. Efficient cleaning processes can reduce guest changeover times and maintenance costs. Essential cleaning includes deep disinfection, inventory checks, and safety inspections. Managers should be aware of local laws, maintain cleaning records, use eco-friendly products, employ quality equipment, and provide staff training. Technology like Chekin can help automate scheduling and compliance documentation. A detailed checklist ensures no oversight, with focus areas like bathrooms, kitchens, and floors receiving special attention. Feedback collection post-stay can identify overlooked cleaning issues. A downloadable checklist is available to ensure compliance with Italian standards.

This posed challenges for non-hotel accommodations and short-term rentals, where remote management is in demand. On December 27, 2024, Minister Matteo Piantedosi and Chief of Police Vittorio Pisani, along with industry associations, discussed evolving interpretations to include remote identification technology. The U.S. already values self check-in, a top 10 service on Airbnb, for its flexibility. I dazi USA potrebbero causare oltre 300 milioni di perdite al vino italiano in un anno

  • Tony Loeb
  • 5 Febbraio 2025
🍷 Unione Italiana Vini predicts US tariffs could cause up to €330 million in losses to the Italian wine industry by 2025, with a potential drop to €250 million if the dollar remains strong. A 20% tariff on still wines and 10% on sparkling wines are expected. The potential loss equates to a 15% decrease from last year's performance, mirroring France's 24% sales drop due to 25% tariffs in mid-2020 to early 2021. US is the top market for Italian wine, accounting for 24% of Italy's wine exports, totaling €1.9 billion in 2024. If tariffs are imposed, exports may fall below €1.7 billion in 2025, reverting to 2021 levels.
