The San Valentino menu features Po pink oyster, lime finger, beetroot, and fresh herb granita; charred Broccoletto di Custoza with green pepper sauce; herb pasta buttons with bergamot and bouillabaisse; veal sirloin with artichokes, sorrel and tapenade; and a dessert of Rosa di Gorizia with white chocolate, burnt wheat, and green apple.
