Pastry Bit Competition: ecco i 9 finalisti! Tutto sulle prossime gare
🍰 Pastry Bit Competition, organized by Molino Dallagiovanna and Leonardo Di Carlo, shrinks to nine finalists. The semifinals took place at Grand Hotel Paradiso, Ponte di Legno - Tonale, with 27 competitors selected from 108 candidates across 9 regional stages. Finalists were chosen by a jury led by Leonardo Di Carlo and including industry experts. The final phases are on June 17, 2025, at CAST Alimenti, Brescia, and September 13, 2025, at Molino Dallagiovanna. The winner becomes the Dallagiovanna Pastry Ambassador 2026.
