🍰 Pastry Bit Competition, organized by Molino Dallagiovanna and Leonardo Di Carlo, shrinks to nine finalists. The semifinals took place at Grand Hotel Paradiso, Ponte di Legno - Tonale, with 27 competitors selected from 108 candidates across 9 regional stages. Finalists were chosen by a jury led by Leonardo Di Carlo and including industry experts. The final phases are on June 17, 2025, at CAST Alimenti, Brescia, and September 13, 2025, at Molino Dallagiovanna. The winner becomes the Dallagiovanna Pastry Ambassador 2026. 🍷 In summer 2024, Serena Brancale and Kimbo collaborated on "Stu Cafè", continuing their partnership into 2025 with "Anema e Core" video clip presented in Sanremo. The clip, set in Puglia, features Italian boxing champion Dario Morello from Secondigliano, and showcases the unifying theme of Kimbo coffee. At Sanremo's Casa Kabras, Daniele Cabras hosts a social media show featuring Kimbo coffee.

🎂 Maestro Pasticciere Iginio Massari's "Meet Massari R-evolution" tour, dedicated to Panettone, will take place in London on May 12, Las Vegas on September 16, and conclude in Naples on October 27. Molino Dallagiovanna promotes technical knowledge of products like Panettone, highlighting its complexity due to fermentation control. Panettone represents Italian pastry craftsmanship internationally, akin to French macarons.

☕ Sanremo Coffee Machines showcases D8 PRO and X-ONE grinder at CoffeeFest in IFEMA Madrid, from February 15-17, 2025. The Italian brand focuses on IoT technology, temperature control, and performance. The event features various coffee stations with models YOU and CAFÉ RACER. Sanremo's Spanish and Portuguese specialty coffee sector eagerly awaits the new hybrid boiler D8 and X-ONE grinder technology. Javier López, Export Area Manager Iberia, will be present at booth G02.

🍸 Campari Bartender Competition 2025 challenges bartenders worldwide to craft unique cocktails with a compelling story, featuring Bitter Campari. To participate, select a theme, describe your recipe along with a story, and share it on social media using #CBC2025 by February 28, 2025. The competition includes several phases, from submissions to live presentations, culminating in selecting the Campari Bartender of the Year. Finalists must use products from the Campari portfolio, with some exceptions allowed.

🍽 SANA Food 2025, a key exhibition for healthy eating, will run from 23-25 February 2025 at BolognaFiere, Italy. Organized by BolognaFiere with partners such as FederBio and Demeter, this event targets Horeca professionals and specialized retailers. The Italian market reached €100 billion in 2024, with a 1.5% increase in breakfast consumption, 1% in dinner, and a 15.3% growth in ready-to-eat segment since 2017. Approximately 250 exhibitors, 15% international, will showcase organic, vegan, and certified supply chain products, accompanied by educational workshops and networking opportunities. Concurrently, the fourth edition of Slow Wine Fair will highlight sustainable wine excellence.

🍾 Prosecco DOC celebrates the Italian Song Festival in Sanremo as the Official Sparkling Wine sponsor. From February 11-16, the Polo Museale Santa Tecla will host an immersive exhibition on the values and emotions of Milan Cortina 2026. Prosecco DOC will also be the official bubbly of Casa Rai Pubblicità (Feb 11-15) and will participate in the Festa di Fantasanremo on February 10. It sponsors the Infinity Room and the Festival dei Sogni 2025, enhancing luxury and creativity at the Grand Hotel des Anglais. Additionally, Prosecco DOC will feature in RTL 102.5 RADIOFESTIVAL's digital activities and branded content from February 10-15.

🎶 Vecchio Amaro del Capo features at the 75th Festival di Sanremo hosted at Villa Nobel, attracting artists, guests, and influencers. Nuccio Caffo, CEO of Gruppo Caffo 1915, emphasizes the brand's connection with the iconic festival, now for the fourth consecutive year. The GreenHouse serves Vecchio Amaro del Capo at -20°C, and a huge ice cube photobooth captures fun moments. Special drinks include "Capo Tonic" and "Phoenician Negroni." The brand will also engage audiences with a Rai TV campaign, sponsorships across Radio 105, Radio 101, Radio Monte Carlo, Virgin Radio, and social media. Influencers will promote the brand aboard branded rickshaws at the event and throughout Sanremo.

🍕 At "Casa Sanremo 2025", over thirty pizzaioli from Sicily, led by Enzo Piedimonte and Carmelo Pistritto of Favara, will showcase the art of pizza at Palafiori during the Festival della Canzone Italiana. The team of more than forty members was selected by Gambero Rosso Academy of Palermo ten days ago. Custom pizzas will cater to the dietary preferences of artists like Carlo Conti, Fedez, Giorgia, Francesco Gabbani, Rose Villain, Massimo Ranieri, and Tony Effe. The Arena del Gusto will focus on Sicilian tradition and quality culinary offerings.

🚀 Eurostar has resumed the London-Amsterdam route, operating it 3 times daily (2 on Saturdays) and aims to restore full capacity by September. The passenger capacity from Amsterdam will increase from 600 to 650 after a temporary closure of the Dutch terminal between March 30 and April 22 for renovations. Long-term, Eurostar plans to expand to five daily services by 2026.
