Splash Expo arriva a Levante PROF: l'area dedicata a mixology e accoglienza

🍻 Levante PROF's Splash Expo, organized by Bar Project Academy, will be held from March 9 to 12 at Fiera del Levante in Bari, featuring over 2,000 square meters of exhibition space, 120 stands, and around 100 guests. The event focuses on beverages and hospitality, highlighting Made in Italy eno-agroalimentary excellence and providing networking, workshops, masterclasses, live competitions, and demonstrations. A Start-Up Village with 30 desks showcases emerging companies, and the region of Puglia promotes local agroalimentary products. 🍹 Firenze hosted "My Spirits" by Partesa on March 3, attracting over 600 professionals to Teatro Cartiere Carrara to explore trends and sample over 100 labels from 21 producers and over 50 different cocktails at 16 Mixology Stations. The MontEspertOlio project, funded by Tuscany's PSR 2014-2022, concluded in 2025, promoting sustainable, high-quality olive farming. The brand aims to elevate Montespertoli's international presence as a symbol of excellence and authenticity.

L'arte della mixology femminile: evento esclusivo con Amaro Santoni

🕵️ Amaro Santoni, a Tuscan rhubarb-based bitter, joins "THE POWER & THE RISE OF WOMEN IN BARTENDING & THE OFFLINE COMMUNITY" from March 9-11 in Milan, led by brand ambassador Marella Batkovic and Cachaça Blu creator Maria Luisa Timoni.
