🍳 At "Tuttofood," an event for the international Food Community, the Italian Cooperative Alliance's dairy sector showcased its DOP cheese excellence. On May 5-6, visitors to stand V25 can experience show cooking, tastings, and stories featuring Grana Padano DOP, Asiago DOP, Franciacorta risotto, and more. Valentina Bergamin and Maria Cristina Crucitti will narrate cheese stories, including a centuries-old DOP dairy tradition. Giovanni Guarneri emphasized the cooperative system's importance, highlighting its nearly 70% share in major DOP cheese production and the need to expand to foreign markets amidst geopolitical uncertainties.
