🍷 Tequila Ocho, distributed in Italy by Compagnia dei Caraibi, unveils a new design with traditional Mexican elements after a four-year development. The label provides detailed origin information, while the tequila has partnered with 50 Best Restaurant for its first Italian event in Turin on June 19, 2025. Produced by the Camarena family since 1880, it features a slow 48-hour cooking process and aging in American oak barrels. The product range includes Reposado, Añejo, Extra Añejo, and Ocho Plata.

🍕 Pizza Park 2025 si è tenuto dal 29 maggio al 2 giugno nel Parco a Mare di Portici, attirando oltre 70.000 visitatori. Durante l'evento sono state sfornate più di 20.000 pizze utilizzando 2.700 kg di pomodori, 2.550 kg di fiordilatte, 5.100 kg di farina e 400 litri di olio d'oliva. Organizzato da GRVN COMPANY, l'evento ha coinvolto numerosi sponsor e partner, valorizzando la tradizione della pizza italiana e promuovendo il turismo enogastronomico.

🎂 Il Panettone World Championship 2025 si terrà a Host Milano il 18 ottobre, con Iginio Massari come ospite speciale. I giudici includono Antonio Bachour, Angelo Musa, e Roy Shvartzapel. Bachour ha oltre 1,5 milioni di follower e tre titoli di World Best Pastry Chef. La competizione vede 12 squadre nazionali. 🥛 Da venerdì 30 maggio 2025, Città della Scienza, Napoli, celebra la Giornata Mondiale del Latte con eventi educativi e divertenti fino a domenica 1° giugno. In collaborazione con Latte Berna, il museo offre esperimenti sul DNA e attività per tutte le età, curati dall'Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. Sono previste visite al Museo Corporea e mostre varie. Un fine settimana di scienza e nutrizione per tutta la famiglia.

🍹 Roma Bar Show 2025 saw Schweppes impressing attendees with its innovative Schweppes Selection range. Featuring a unique double maceration process, the range enhances aromatic notes using select ingredients and signature carbonation. Seven top bartenders created exclusive drinks, highlighting each selection's unique profile. The Tonic Basil & Sicilian Lemon selection got special attention, launched in collaboration with world-class bartender Marc Álvarez. Schweppes' immersive stand offered a rich exploration of these beverages for seven hours consecutively.

🍹 Dario and Diego, students from "Giorgio Vasari" Institute in Figline, won first place at the National Championship of the Italian Bartender Federation (FIB) in Viareggio with their non-alcoholic cocktail, D&D. Featuring MeMento Green, lychee, lemon, Blue Curaçao syrup, and Ginger Beer, the cocktail has 166.8 kcal per serving. The blue color represents Autism Awareness. Their pairing dish includes Valdarno chicken marinated with lemon and ginger.

🍹 World Class Italia 2025 finals are set for June 9-10, 2025, at Ritorno in Acerra near Naples. Six finalists—Federico Altamura, Enrico Bellucci, Alessandro Cuomo, Mattia Giuseppe Esposito, Emanuele Primavera, and Raffaele Tafuto—will compete. A jury including Giulia Cuccurullo and Ian Mcpherson will judge. The winner, determined after two days of challenges, will advance to the global finals in Toronto in September 2025. Diageo's initiative aims to elevate bartending worldwide.
