On January 19th, Stefano Cevenini and Francesco Masciullo won in Latte Art and Roasting categories, respectively. The Latte Art competitors had 10 minutes for their creations, with finals judged by four evaluators. Roasting spanned three days and qualified winners for the World Championships in April 2026. The finale on January 20th featured Valentina Palange, Federico Pinna, Cesare Spinella, and Matteo Pavoni vying for the barista title.
