Apre 'Milos Greek Food': prima catena italiana di street food greco autentico

🌮 Milos Greek Food, a Greek street food chain, opened its first outlet in Rome at Viale Regina Margherita 228 on May 5, 2025. Managed by Spoon Brands, it's set for expansion in Rome, Milan and other Italian cities by 2026. The brand promises authentic Greek cuisine using ingredients imported from Greece, including Feta DOP. The modern design of Milos restaurants features smart technology for orders and loyalty programs, with imminent franchising opportunities for rapid expansion. Collection). Bellerive offers 39 rooms and suites with lake views, while The First Musica provides 24 river-view rooms designed by Studio Marincola. Preferred's CEO, Lindsey Ueberroth, announces the expansion across 12 countries in Q1 2025, highlighting a commitment to diverse luxury experiences.

🍔 FIVE GUYS, a high-quality American hamburger chain, will open its new location at Venice's Santa Lucia station on May 5th, facing the central tracks. Established in 1986 in Arlington, Virginia, the brand is known for its fresh, quality ingredients and made-to-order hamburgers and milkshakes. The Venice store, with an area of 253 m² and 43 seats, follows openings in Milan, Rome, Turin, Campi Bisenzio, Vicenza, and Florence since Italy's first FIVE GUYS in 2018.

🍴 Enosteria Morosini, an innovative and informal dining venue, opens in an ancient pasta factory in Ferentino. It features small shareable dishes called "I Morsi," crafted by Michelin-starred chef Andrea Impero and creative drinks by mixologist Simone Sterbini. The restaurant emphasizes seasonal, genuine ingredients from short supply chains. Sterbini brings over 15 years of experience and a cocktail list with advanced mixing techniques and homemade ingredients. Massimiliano Massari and Daniela Catracchia are the owners.

Pollicino sbarca a Novara e cerca 40 risorse per il nuovo ristorante

🍕 Pollicino, a family-focused restaurant chain, will open its largest outlet in Novara in September 2025, spanning 2,240 square meters with 600 seats. 🍴 Eden Mill, a Scottish distillery, launched Golf Gin made with botanicals from the Old Course golf resort in St Andrews, available in the UK at Waitrose for £29. In Mexico City's Roma Norte, Café Arixi, a Sardinian-inspired bar restaurant, was opened by the MWA group, co-founded by the Lawrence Milias, who married in Sardinia. In Guinea-Bissau, Africa, chimpanzees were filmed consuming fermented African bread tree fruit, with up to 0.61% alcohol content, possibly shedding light on the origins of human alcohol use.

Baglioni Hotel&Resorts raddoppia a Roma

🏦 The Palace Company from Mexico acquired a property managed by Kryalos Sgr's Fondo Comet in Rome, planning to transform it into a luxury Baglioni Hotels&Resorts with 131 rooms. The location, an ex-17th-century Augustinian monastery, is near the Trevi Fountain. The Palace Company aims to expand to 20 properties in five to seven years. In the last year, the group reported revenues of $1.7 billion, with over $1 billion from vacation club sales and bookings.

🏖️ In May 2025, House Of Nine launches Superyacht Cruise, a luxury hospitality project offering sea voyages along Tuscany's coast. The brainchild of the Moretti family, the cruise features a 5-star boutique hotel experience at sea. CEO Ginevra Moretti, known for her eclectic and maximalist designs, has refurbished vintage yachts into floating boutique hotels. The fleet includes "Curiosity," a 45-meter motor yacht with 800 square meters of space, 6 cabins for 12 guests and 10 staff, and "Electa," a 44-meter sailing yacht with 450 square meters, 4 cabins for 10 guests and 8 staff. The itineraries showcase Tuscany's hidden gems, such as Elba and Giglio islands, and offer water sports, authentic Tuscan cuisine, and a selection of fine wines and champagnes.
