🏢 Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts plans to open a new resort in Abu Dhabi by 2030 on a private island. The resort will feature 60 rooms, including two suites and a penthouse, 30 beachfront villas with private pools, and a Bvlgari Villa of 1,200 sqm. The residential component will include 90 private villas and 8 estates. The project is led by ACPV Architects and LAND SRL, emphasizing luxury and local culture. Mohamed Alabbar's Eagle Hills is the project's owner.
