🏨 Rocco Forte Hotels is opening The Carlton Milano on November 6, 2025, in Milan's Quadrilatero della Moda. This marks their 16th international location. Milan attracts over 9 million annual visitors, being Italy's top business and luxury tourism city. The hotel features 71 rooms, a five-year restoration, and dining by chef Fulvio Pierangelini. The Irene Forte Spa offers wellness services as the wellness tourism sector grows at 8.3% annually. Future openings include Costa Smeralda, Noto, and Palazzo Sirignano by 2027.

🏠 Hotel Mediterraneo, Riccione, completed an extensive renovation near Viale Ceccarini, focusing on 2,500 sqm of external facades. Engineered by POLISTUDIO A.E.S., the project used advanced ventilated facade systems to enhance thermal insulation and energy efficiency. The renovation featured Cotto d’Este porcelain gres for durability and aesthetics, including Limestone in 14mm thickness, Clay, and Oyster variants, alongside the X-BETON collection. This upgrade melds technology and aesthetics, modernizing the building while honoring its iconic past.

🌲 Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts reports increased bookings for the Maldivian holiday season. The New Year trends stay positive with full bookings expected. Resorts offer gala dinners, live music, and activities like yoga and snorkeling. RAAYA by Atmosphere will open Seb’s Farm in January 2025, promoting a farm-to-table experience. The Just Veg Festival returns to Atmosphere Kanifushi from October 3-9, 2025, featuring Italian chef Fabrizio Marino and new wine partner Bottega.

🏨 A transformation in Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza, by Palladium Hotel Group involves three luxury projects with a total investment of 90 million euros. The Site Hotel Ibiza will open in 2026, while The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, launched in April, features 181 rooms and the first European Hell’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. In June, the 4,800 sqm Ibiza Gallery by Grupo Empresas Matutes debuted, combining fashion, contemporary art, and fine dining.

📍 In 2029, Bangkok will welcome the Voco Bangkok Siam, a 350-room hotel on Phayathai Road. Situated near Siam Discovery, it will feature a rooftop pool, a restaurant, a bar, a gym, and meeting rooms. This marks IHG's expansion in Thailand, where they currently manage 40 hotels across nine brands. The Voco Bangkok Siam is part of a global pipeline of 102 new Voco properties, developed in collaboration with SCX Corporation, a subsidiary of SC Asset Public Company Limited.
