🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts announced the first Vignette Collection hotel in Venice by 2025, in partnership with Pacini Group, converting The Venice Times Hotel. Following the Garner Hotel Rome Aurelia, this strengthens IHG's luxury presence in Italy. Currently, there are eight operational and five developing luxury hotels in Italy. Launched in August 2021, Vignette Collection now includes three Italian establishments: The Venice Times, Hotel Alexandra, and Costa Irminia Retreat & Spa.

🏨 In Liguria, B&B HOTELS unveils its third franchise, the B&B HOTEL Riviera Celle Ligure. Just minutes from the train station and beaches, it offers 48 rooms and a buffet breakfast, including gluten-free options. The hotel is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs and cats for a small fee. With over 80 locations in Italy, B&B HOTELS now has seven in Liguria. President Liliana Comitini emphasizes the strategic importance of the region for tourism and local vitality.

🏠 Bulgari Resorts and Mansion Bodrum has initiated its hospitality and residential project, developed by Ahen, with the first mansion completed. Located on a pristine 60-hectare peninsula between two scenic bays on Bodrum's coast, the project will cover 68 hectares, featuring a resort and 101 Bulgari Mansions ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms. The mansions, spanning 850 to 2,800 square meters, will offer access to a 2,200-square-meter spa, restaurants, and private beach clubs.

🏖 Pellicano Hotels Italy celebrates 60 years with unique experiences across its three locations. At Hotel Il Pellicano, guests enjoy private boat trips off the Argentario coast. La Posta Vecchia expands its Beach Club and offers seaside dining by Chef Andrea Barcia. On August 8, Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa hosts a sunset aperitif with local flavors. From August 29, a culinary series kicks off, with events on September 12 and October 18.

Located on Costa Teramana, it features redesigned lodges and bungalows, camping areas, two pools, a private beach, and various sports facilities. It's 100% dog-friendly, offering a Dog Pool, Dog Spray Park, and more, in collaboration with Dog-in Dog-out. This launch symbolizes a new, ambitious chapter for Club del Sole.

🍹 In Barcellona, Daniele Salviato leads Kyara, a cocktail bar on the roof of the SLS Hotel, helmed by renowned mixologists Alex Kratena and Monica Berg. The SLS Hotel, located in a newly renovated area, features four bars, including the soon-to-open Cosmico, a 568-square-meter rooftop space. Cosmico opens to the public at 19:00 with weekly events. Kyara combines mixology and perfumery, aiming to break norms while remaining approachable and offering food pairings.

🏨 Two Italian gems join the prestigious Relais & Châteaux. Borgo Pignano Florence will open in 2026 on Montughi Hill, Florence, featuring 32 rooms, five hectares of gardens, and two restaurants. Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, situated in Bellagio, has 116 rooms and a 1,500 m² spa. Both properties emphasize culinary excellence and cultural preservation, as highlighted by the involvement of Laurent Gardinier, Piero Magrino, and Jon Bucher in these ventures.

Designed by James Cavagnari, it features 14 suites with a blend of English and Tuscan style. Highlights include mahogany wardrobes from Queen Elizabeth II and a portrait of her. Located near Florence's main attractions, it offers a unique mix of art and intimate design, alongside dining options like James Restaurant and 1564 Lounge Bar.
