Located in Sant’Angelo, Ischia, this 4-star adults-only hotel spans 2,000 sqm with 42 rooms. Managed by Fedegroup under Antonio Barbieri, it features two thermal pools and Acquamarina Spa. Available on BWH channels from December 2, for stays from March 28, 2026. Fabrizio Doria highlights the strategic importance of this first venture into Ischia's thermal hospitality.

🏨 Nobu Hotel, founded by Robert De Niro, Nobu Matsuhisa, and Meir Teper, debuted in Rome on November 6, transforming the former Grand Hotel Via Veneto. Located on Via Veneto, it combines Japanese minimalism with Italian sophistication, designed by Rockwell Group. Eco Contract and Eco Design contributed with materials like Stoeckl parquet and bespoke Ege Carpets. A handcrafted rooftop with artisanal outdoor carpets offers a luxurious experience.

☕ Caffè Pascucci expands in Italy with two new strategic openings: a kiosk at CityLife Shopping District, Milan, and a franchised café at Conero Shopping Center, Ancona. The hotel features 71 suites and rooms, two restaurants, a bar, and a spa. The renovation was led by architects Philip Vergeylen and Paolo Moschino, directed by Olga Polizzi. Culinary offerings include Spiga and Cafe Floretta, with mixology by Salvatore Calabrese. A garden will open in spring 2026. Managing Director Francesco Roccato oversees the hotel.

🍮 Vincenzo Faiella opened a new 300 m² artisanal pastry lab in San Marzano sul Sarno, transitioning from a 30 m² space established in 2021. The private inauguration event gathered 500 partners and suppliers. Located above the existing pastry shop, it produces various confections, including around 40 custom cakes each weekend. The hub supports local job creation and urban renewal, enhancing San Marzano's reputation in Campania's contemporary pastry scene.

🗺 Viaggialdo expands its offerings with strategic agreements with Viva Resorts and Eurostars Hotel, enhancing its portfolio in the Caribbean, USA, Morocco, and Mexico. Two Viva Resorts properties include Viva Miches by Wyndham in the Dominican Republic and Viva Fortuna Beach by Wyndham in Freeport, Bahamas. Four Eurostars Hotel additions are in Florida, Morocco, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. From December 1, a new product manager for Africa will join, focusing on Kenya, Zanzibar, and South Africa.

🏝️ Edition will open The Lake Como Edition in Cadenabbia next March. The hotel will feature 148 rooms, including 25 suites and 2 penthouses. Creative directors Kirstin Bailey and Paul Haslhofer, along with Neri&Hu, will merge Italian elegance with modern design. Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco will lead the culinary offerings. Guests can enjoy the Longevity Spa, integrating anti-aging science with holistic rituals, and a floating lake pool with a restaurant and lounge bar.
