🍽️ Mattia Chendi, 41, opened CAMPO in late 2025 in Prati, Rome, near Lepanto metro. The restaurant features a 40-seat outdoor area and a 60-seat indoor space. The menu focuses on Italian countryside flavors, with dishes like polpette, pasta e fagioli, and Tomahawk of lamb. Ingredients are sourced from top Italian suppliers, including Azienda Agricola Travaglini and Molino della Giovanna. CAMPO offers around 70 wine labels, predominantly Italian reds.

🍴 Leonardo D'Ingeo will lead the ALTO Rooftop restaurant and tapas bar in Cervia from 2026. The venue combines gastronomy, mixology, hospitality, and design to attract a cosmopolitan clientele. Emphasizing a multisensory experience, D'Ingeo focuses on sustainability and flavor, integrating techniques like fermentation. His journey includes experiences in Paris and Puglia, enhancing his culinary style. Entrepreneur Claudio Amadori, nurturing young talents since 1995, supports the venture's sustainable and experiential model.

🍴 Roma, novembre 2023: Sakaba Ie Koji è il nuovo ristorante aperto dallo chef Koji Nakai e Roberto Salvati in via Emilio Fàa di Bruno 31. Con 20 etichette di sake e un menu panasiatico, il locale offre 32-34 coperti interni e 15 esterni. Il design è opera di Valeria Vecellio. Il progetto include degustazioni bimestrali di sake e una futura offerta lunch a 15 euro. Orari: pranzo 12:30-15:00, cena 19:00-23:00.

🏨 Grandi Stazioni Retail announces a luxury hotel project within Milan's Centrale Station. Selected via Cushman & Wakefield's team, Pacini Group Spa will manage the hotel, partnering with international hospitality brands. The project aims to transform stations into urban ecosystems. Architectural design by RMA Studio, interiors by Studio Marco Piva. Construction has started, with the hotel chain's identity to be revealed soon, marking Italy's first station-based hotel as part of a broader urban regeneration strategy.

🏖 Chapter Chianti, opening June 2026 in Tuscany, is a new venture by Marco Cilia. Located in a restored 16th-century medieval village, 45 minutes from Florence, the hotel will feature 82 rooms, three restaurants, and three bars. Designed by Tristan Du Plessis of Studio A, the property includes a 500 sqm spa and offers local experiences like truffle hunting and olive picking. The Mansion, a separate villa with five bedrooms and a private pool, is also available.

🏠 Falkensteiner will expand in 2026 in Italy, Germany, Austria, and the Balkans with nature-focused serviced residences. In Riviera Romagnola, the Resort Cesenatico will feature 150 rooms and 130 apartments, while Park Resort Lake Garda in Lombardy will have 97 rooms, 170 apartments, and 4 villas. The Falkensteiner Family Resort Sicily offers 125 suites and villas. In Croatia, 88 Aurora Residences open in March. They aim for €400 million revenue by 2030, growing 2-3 hotels annually.

🛳️ Norwegian Aura, debutting in Europe in May 2027, will be based in Miami from June 2027. Built by Fincantieri, it's Norwegian Cruise Line's largest ship at nearly 345 meters long, 169,000 gross tons, accommodating 3,840 guests. The ship offers 1,976 cabins, including 159 suites in "The Haven by Norwegian," with 30% more suites than previous Prima Class ships. Caribbean cruises include stops at Harvest Caye, Belize, or Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas.

🏨 Quattro nuove aperture sono previste dal marchio Zel, co-proprietà di Meliá e Rafa Nadal, entro il 2026: Zel Gran Vía di Madrid, Zel Fuerteventura, Zel Crete in Grecia, e Zel Cozumel in Messico.
