🏨 Minor Hotels is set for growth in 2026. With 65 new agreements forecasted, including 40 signed in 2025, the portfolio expands globally with over 640 properties. The first quarter of 2026 will see 25 new operations, 60% in the Middle East and Asia, particularly India and Japan. Luxury brands like Anantara and Tivoli lead the charge, while the North America debut is set for New York and Miami. A hotel REIT is planned for mid-2026.

🏨 Ruby Giulia, a new hotel by Ruby Group, opens in Rome's Monti district on Via De Pretis. This is their second Italian location after Ruby Bea in Florence. The hotel, housed in a former Ministry of the Interior building, features 164 rooms ranging from 17 to 31 square meters and offers 24/7 bar and café services. Part of IHG Hotels & Resorts since 2025, the group operates 21 hotels and has 16 more in development across Europe.

🏨 Milano's Central Station will host Italy's first high-profile hotel within a train station, an initiative by Grandi Stazioni Retail aimed at transforming stations into urban ecosystems. The hotel management is entrusted to Pacini Group Spa and a leading international hotel brand, following a selection process by Cushman & Wakefield. The architecture will be led by Roberto Murgia's RMA studio, while Studio Marco Piva will handle interior design, ensuring elegance and high-end services.
