Wine Paris 2025: Schenk Family Italia punta sul nuovo Lunadoro Rosé Bio e sui vini dealcolati

🍷 Schenk Family Italia is participating in Wine Paris, showcasing Lunadoro Nobile and Riserva di Montepulciano, and introducing Lunadoro Prugnanello TOSCANA IGT Rosé BIO. This new organic rosé responds to a 6.1% market growth in still and sparkling rosés in 2024. Schenk is also moving the production of Masso Antico Rosso, Bianco Zero Alcohol, and Rivani Spumante Bianco and Rosé Zero Alcohol from Spain to Ora, Italy, by 2026 with a €2 million investment. The global market for non-alcoholic wines is expected to grow at a 7.9% CAGR from 2024 to 2030.

Swinkels Family Brewers debutta a Beer&Food Attraction

🍺 Swinkels Family Brewers will debut at Beer&Food Attraction 2025 in Rimini, Italy from February 16-18, 2025. Their 96 sqm booth (Hall C5 - Stand 169) will showcase 24 draft beers and a wide bottled and canned selection. Key brands include La Trappe with ATP "Authentic Trappist Product" label, Rodenbach, Uiltje, and exclusively distributed BrewDog in Italy. Royal Swinkels Family Breweries N.V., a 100% family-run company, owns multiple breweries producing 8 million hectoliters of beer and 818,000 hectoliters of non-alcoholic drinks, 395,000 tons of malt, and roughly 4,000 tons of malt extracts and compounds annually.

Winterhalter, which started in a garage, now has 40 branches worldwide. The company introduced the Energy function at Sigep, a system that recovers heat from the wash chamber to preheat water, saving electricity. They also showcased a new washing system for recyclable materials, ergonomic baskets for lighter materials, and a specific rinse aid for plastics. Winterhalter presented DMX, a drying tunnel for post-wash procedures.
