🥦 Bonduelle Food Service, a division of Gruppo Bonduelle, has launched its new Brunoise line, featuring precisely cut vegetables including Broccoli, Cauliflowers, Duo of Carrots, and Duo of Zucchinis, with a uniform 4x4x4 mm cut. The line offers pre-cut vegetables in 2.5 kg bags, with four bags per box, aimed at reducing preparation time and minimizing waste for chefs. Accompanying the launch, Chef Executive Fabrizio Milione created the Quaderno di Ricette Brunoise, a recipe book to inspire chefs with practical and creative uses for the new product line.

Emirates serve due nuove rotte con i Boeing 777 riammodernati

✈️ Emirates reintroduces revamped Boeing 777s with new Business and Premium Economy cabins for Kuwait and Dammam routes. Six aircraft are already in service, flying to Geneva, Zurich, Brussels, Tokyo Haneda, and Riyad since July. The four-class configuration includes 24 Premium Economy seats, 19.5-inch wide, with 38 inches of legroom and a 6-position adjustable headrest. The Business Class offers 38 direct aisle access seats in a 1-2-1 layout, personal minibar, and a small bar area. Economy Class has 256 ergonomic seats. Expansion plans cover six US routes, including Chicago, Boston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Seattle, Athens/Newark, and Miami/Bogotá.
