  • Tony Loeb
  • 1 Aprile 2025

Elisabetta Palai of Welcome Travel Group and Sarah Bogani of Frigerio Viaggi note air capacity hasn't fully recovered, inflating prices, especially in high season. Destinations affected are those farther away, unlike medium and short-haul locations. Mario Vercesi of Gattinoni Travel mentions Egypt's surge in demand over Spanish Balearics and Mare Italia, which sees late family bookings for August. Bluvacanze reports domestic seaside areas like Sardinia, Puglia, Sicily, and Calabria top preferences, with Egypt's Red Sea ranking third. Despite challenges and a sense of insecurity, there’s no alarm among networks, with clients eager to travel and invest in leisure despite instability.
