🏡 Hilton unveils DoubleTree by Hilton Nice Centre Iconic in Nice, joining Cannes and Montecarlo to complete its presence on the French Riviera. The lifestyle hotel features 105 stylishly decorated rooms, family rooms for up to five guests, a sea-view fitness center, and event space. Guests are greeted with a signature DoubleTree cookie and experience a unique check-in at the fifth floor offering panoramic views. The Iconic Bar and a soon-to-open rooftop restaurant, Pesca, with a "Fish Theatre" concept are part of the amenities. Hilton's senior vice president, David Kelly, highlights Nice's appeal due to its UNESCO World Heritage status and coastal environment. This is Hilton’s third property in the French Riviera following last year's openings of Canopy by Hilton Cannes and Columbus Hotel Monte-Carlo, Curio Collection by Hilton.

Palazzo Paoletti, built in 1895 and located in the center of Florence near Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza della Signoria, has become the site of the five-star La Gemma Hotel, owned and managed by the Cecchi family. The hotel, with 39 rooms and a focus on high-end services and local experiences, aims to offer personalized stays with an ambiance akin to a noble residence, offering fine dining, a private lounge, a rooftop with a view of the Duomo, and a luxury spa called Allure by Biologique Recherche.

The Quark Hotel in Milan, which debuted in May of the previous year, is a 4-star urban oasis that combines business and leisure and is located in the heart of Milan's Vigentino district, near the Bocconi University and the Iulm. Featuring over 200 luxurious and spacious rooms, a state-of-the-art convention center, and impeccable services, the hotel has enhanced security with dormakaba's advanced access control solutions, including Quantum locks and the Ambiance system, contributing to a comfortable and secure stay for guests.

The Gran Melià Palazzo Cordusio in Milan is a significant and anticipated new hotel situated in a historical building designed by Luca Beltrami in the late 1800s, now strategically located in the city center and artistically renovated by Studio Marco Piva. Studio Marco Piva oversaw the delicate transformation of the building from the former Generali Assicurazioni office space to a hotel with 84 rooms, requiring structural changes and the creation of new openings in load-bearing walls for effective internal distribution.

Heaven & Hell is a wellness area at the Hubertus hotel, featuring an astonishing platform 15 meters high, supported by two larch-clad pillars, accessible by a suspended walkway, and designed to create a sense of disorientation with hut-shaped microstructures. Aluvetro, established in 2014, specializes in transparent glass and aluminum railings for hospitality, offering solutions that provide unobstructed views and maximize natural light, with their products contributing to the project's illusion of reflections and transparency.
