Nick Maltese Studio cura il restyling del Royal Garden Hotel di Assago
🏨 TRGH-The Royal Garden Hotel, situated just outside Milan, is undergoing a significant restyling set for completion in 2026, the year of the Milan-Cortina Olympics. The hotel, designed to cater to business travelers, boasts 150 rooms, a congress center with six meeting rooms, the Blue Crab Restaurant, The Captain’s Bar, a gym, and an urban pool. The restyling effort, led by Nick Maltese Studio, focuses on ecosustainability, including the installation of a photovoltaic park. The congress center seats approximately 650 people, featuring a large meeting room with 340 seats and a 6x3 meter LED wall. The design by Maltese and Pagetti emphasizes geometric patterns, using materials like metal, stone, terracotta, and includes romantic wallpapers from Texturae and lighting from DWC èditions.
