Minor Hotels, utile netto a più 65% nel 2024

🏨 Minor Hotels Europe & Americas closed 2024 with revenues of €2.4 billion, a 12% increase from €2.2 billion in 2023. Net profit soared to €212 million, up 65% from the previous year. The average daily rate (Adr) rose by 5.6%, from €138 to €145 per night, and average occupancy reached 69.2%, up 1.2 percentage points from 2023. Spain's occupancy hit 74%, with a 10% increase in Adr. Italy, Benelux, and Central Europe also saw Adr and occupancy boosts, while Latin America's occupancy remained stable.
