G.Low: i nuovi vini low alcol di Cantine di Verona dal cuore sostenibile

🍷 Cantine di Verona introduces G.Low, a new low-alcohol wine line featuring an 8% alcohol Bianco from Garganega and Trebbiano grapes, and a Rosato from Corvina and Merlot, produced using natural processes involving early harvesting and controlled fermentations. G.Low, merging "green" and "low", emphasizes sustainability and low alcohol content. Packaging employs eco-friendly Re-Play Tintoretto Gesso paper with 15% recycled glassine. Launch price is €6, debuting at Vinitaly and sold in Northern Europe and 10 group wine shops from April 2025.

💵 In 2024, Italian food industry exports grew by 8.6%, outshining the overall country's export drop of 0.4%. Specifically, Italian mineral water exports reached a record €1.408 billion, up 28.5% from the previous year, with volumes increasing by 12.9%. The US remained the top market, buying €476.7 million worth of Italian mineral water, up 28.5%. Significant growth was also noted in the UK, with a 165.8% surge to €84 million. EU markets, including the UK, totaled €491.7 million in exports.

Average annual revenue is around €26,500 with a price range of €60-€100 per night. Pet-friendly policies vary, with less than 40% accepting pets without restrictions. Sustainability is a focus, with 94.8% using low-energy bulbs and 35% with solar panels. Main guests are couples aged 41-55, staying for 1-3 nights. Over 93% of hosts use online platforms for promotion, but direct marketing tools are underused. 🍕 Maestro pizzaiolo Errico Porzio opens his 17th directly-managed pizzeria "Al Solito Porzio" in Lecce on March 20th. Located at Via Taranto 52, the venue boasts 200 seats, a dehors, and two large indoor rooms. The menu features Classic, Special, Vegan, Social, and Fried Pizzas, along with Neapolitan desserts and craft beer. A gluten-free section with dedicated oven and fryer is also available. Zuegg punta sull'edutainment con il progetto ''Zero Residui 100% da Frutta''
