Iannacone pioniere dell'agrigelato è Ambasciatore del gelato italiano nel Mondo

🍦 Maestro gelatiere Vincenzo Iannacone, with over 40 years in the craft, has been named "Ambasciatore del Gelato Artigianale nel Mondo". His business Gelida Voglia spans about ten locations in Puglia and Basilicata. Iannacone is a pioneer in "agrigelaterie", promoting authentic Italian gelato locally and internationally. His km0 gelato concept uses natural ingredients, such as organic extra virgin olive oil and fruit sugars, eliminating hydrogenated fats and chemical additives. In 2024, he crafted a unique gelato for the G7 leaders featuring seven flavors representing Puglia's culinary excellence. Puglia saw a 6% increase in gelato sales in 2024, totaling €96 million, with expectations of further growth in 2025.

Turismo termale, Pasqua a segno più con 76mila arrivi

This rate represents a 1.2% increase from 2024. Italy's thermal sector anticipates 76,000 arrivals and 251,000 overnight stays, averaging 3.32 days in over 290 thermal hotels. The most popular package includes a three-night full-board stay with unlimited access to thermal pools and fitness areas. Day visitors, who use thermal services without overnight stays, could account for over 60% of guests. The leading regions in Italy's thermal tourism—Veneto, Campania, Tuscany, and Emilia Romagna—attract over 80% of the stays.

E&commerce più sicuro: Aicel lancia il primo codice di condotta

Andrea Spedale, Aicel's President, emphasizes the need for a systematic framework due to the sector's expansion, technological innovation, and new challenges like AI and minor consumers. Companies adhering to the code will receive a distinctive mark and be listed in a regularly updated public register, with a 45-day verification process after online application. The code addresses consumer rights, ecosustainable materials, AI transparency, minor consumer protection, and a five-member guarantor committee to enforce rules and manage conflicts, including penalties ranging from censure to a €250-€1,000 fine.
