La Generazione Z guida la rivoluzione della birra sostenibile in Italia

🍺 Over 75% of beer consumers value sustainability in their purchase decisions, a BVA Doxa survey for AssoBirra's Centro Informazione Birra (CIB) reveals. Gen Z prioritizes eco-friendly packaging (43%) and workplace health (24%); Millennials favor clean energy (37%); Gen X focuses on soil protection (56%) and local, seasonal production (47%). 77% believe breweries adopting sustainable practices are credible, while 65% are unaware of the term "greenwashing," with Gen Z being the most informed (44%). Consumers are willing to spend up to 10% more for sustainable beer, with 27% of Gen Z ready to pay up to 20% more. Sustainable agriculture (42%) and eco-packaging (37%) drive purchase choices, with Gen X valuing the former at 50%. Social media (75%) outpaces TV (56%) as the top source for sustainable practice information.

A Tuttofood 2025 il futuro dell'healthy food porta la firma di Probios Group

📦 Probios Group, a leader in Italian healthy and functional nutrition, will showcase over 70 square meters at TUTTOFOOD from May 5-8 at stand A07, Pavilion 6. The display will feature products from the historic brands Probios and Vivibio, catering to contemporary consumer lifestyles. Vivibio is set to unveil its new rebranding to appeal to a younger, more dynamic audience. The event will include an after-party on May 6, starting at 18:00 with DJ TY1 as the special guest. Probios Group acquired Baule Volante, Fior di Loto, La Finestra sul Cielo, and Vivibio in July 2024, aiming to become a leading force in health-conscious, free-from, and organic food in Italy and Europe.

Velox Group doppia la sua presenza nel mondo hotellerie: a Verona l’apertura di Wega Hotel

🏡 Velox Group has launched Five Stars, a luxury division, with Wega Hotel Verona offering 12 rooms, including Junior Suites and Superior Rooms. Located strategically between Verona Porta Nuova Station (600m) and the Arena of Verona (800m), it caters to both business and leisure travelers. Wega Hotel is the second Velox Group property, joining the art-centric Muraless Art Hotel, which is part of WorldHotels Crafted by BWH Hotels. Celebrating its 35th anniversary, Velox Group has surpassed its first-year goals in its 2024-2030 industrial plan, aiming for a €100 million turnover by 2030.

Il futuro del beverage italiano: Mixology Experience sbarca a TUTTOFOOD

🍹 TUTTOFOOD - Mixology Experience 2025 returns to Fiera Milano Rho from May 5-8, 2025, with its fourth edition and for the first time within TUTTOFOOD, Italy's B2B agri-food fair. Over 90,000 visitors and more than 3,000 national and international buyers are expected, hailing from Europe, the Middle East, Far East, and Southeast Asia. The event will feature over 400 exhibitors in pavilion 14, including Fratelli Branca and Coca Cola. Mixology Experience 2026 will preview at the event, ahead of the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics. Activities include masterclasses, panels, tastings, and workshops on future bar technologies and trends. Mixology Week runs from May 3-8, and the Bartender.it Awards will recognize excellence in amaro, grappa, and vermouth.

The 190 g packages are recyclable and resealable, aiming for sustainability. The company, established in 1989, became a Società Benefit in early 2023. In 2024, Madama Oliva S.p.A. saw a 14% revenue increase to €53.3 million. Additionally, it achieved UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality. Madama Oliva produces around 23 million packages annually, exported to 45 countries, and has partnerships in Sicily and Greece.

Boom del Food&Grocery online: l'eCommerce italiano continua a crescere

💸 In Italy, online purchases are expected to grow by 6% in 2025, reaching over €62 billion, with services sector up by 8% to €22 billion and product eCommerce increasing by 6% beyond €40 billion. Food & Grocery and Beauty&Pharma sectors predict a 7% growth. Online retail penetration in the product sector hits 11.2%, up 0.5% from 2024. Italian eCommerce companies with websites have grown by 3.4% to 91,000, with a marked increase in capital companies by 8.5%. Lombardy, Lazio, and Campania lead in distribution, with Milan, Rome, and Naples as main hubs. In 2025, 35.2 million Italians shop online, an increase of 1.5 million from the previous year, with 89% of transactions happening at the time of order, and Digital Wallets (30.8%) and credit cards (26.4%) as preferred payment methods.
